Completing training is not competence

Finishing a lesson or a workshop tells you that you covered the material. It does not demonstrate competence, it carries no council endorsement, and we do not claim CPD accreditation for it. Any official CPD points would have to come from validated council or provider records, not from us. You can still keep a separate personal record of activities, reflection and evidence in the portal.
