Choose your pathway and assess your starting point
Pick the council, category and stage you are working towards. Each pathway keeps its own rules, evidence and learning. Where an assessment is available, use it to identify areas to explore — never as an eligibility decision.

Talk about your work
The studio asks one question at a time. Where supported and permitted, your browser writes your words on screen as you speak while keeping the real audio. There is no essay to write.

Correct, support and confirm
Listen back, correct the captured text or re-record an answer, add supporting evidence and confirm it. An edit creates a new version and removes confirmation until you check it again.

Learn, transfer knowledge and get reviewed
Use lessons, council source documents and a knowledge-transfer plan to address gaps. A mentor can then review a confirmed account and set one clear next action in this demonstration.

Export your preparation draft
Your confirmed words become an organised draft with a source trail. Progress insights and a separate CPD record help you plan what comes next; the official application remains between you and the council.

The nine questions we always ask
Answer them in any order, across as many sittings as you need. Follow-up questions are added depending on your pathway.
- 01What project or work activity are you describing, and when did it happen?
- 02What was YOUR role and responsibility on this?
- 03What problem or need did you encounter?
- 04What did YOU do? Include the methods you used and the options you considered.
- 05What decision did you make, and why?
- 06What constraints, safety, environmental or ethical issues applied?
- 07What happened in the end, and what evidence supports that outcome?
- 08What did you learn, and what would you change?
- 09Who could verify your contribution, and what files support it?
